Objectives of the job
ACENSI Belgium is looking for a Trilingual Procurement Assistant (FR/EN/NL).
You will give providing administrative support to the Procurement department (Procurement is in charge of purchasing all services and goods for our company).
Your main activities will be :
- Actively participating in the follow-up of the calls for tender and of the contractual documents
- Ensuring the order processing and confirmation, the control of insurance certificates, the creation of files and filing
- Establishing price comparison tables of the different offers
- Having a contact point for internal clients and suppliers, by telephone, e-mail and letter
- Preparing reports (based on instructions or predefined templates)
- Checking the consistency of the results
- Collaborating on the development of the organization within the backoffice team
- Developing work instructions and helping to create process descriptions
- Carrying out standard classic administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing, etc
- Drawing up all kinds of documents (internal and/or external) based on instructions.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree, preferably in an administrative direction or experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of MS Office package. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Languages : fluent Dutch or French + good knowledge of French or Dutch and a basic knowledge of English.
- Soft Skills : team player, accuracy and efficiency, good contact skills, sense of organization, discretion, stress resistant.
