Objectives of the job
ACENSI Belgium is looking for a Powerpoint Specialist.
- Communicate via email, meetings (video and face-to-face) with a wide range of stakeholders to understand the messages they want to convey.
- Gathering input from different stakeholders across the organisation, and ensuring that the final presentation forms a coherent story, both visually and in terms of content.
- Format, design, transform raw slides, hand-drawn sketches or Word documents into visually powerful PowerPoint presentations.
- Create pleasing and clear tables, charts, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint, in full compliance with our brand guidelines.
- Systematically check the details and quality of each slide show before delivering it to the (internal) client.
- Work iteratively, systematically gathering feedback from stakeholders and continuously optimising the presentation
- Meet ambitious deadlines
Your profile
- You speak English, French and Dutch
- You have a perfect control of the Office Suite
- You have a good knowledge of : Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
