Do you like analyzing your environment?
Do you have experience in process optimization?
If so, you are our next Business Process Analyst!
What will you do?
- Analyse the existing situation and the needs of our clients in terms of business processes
- Describe and validate some business processes (interview, description workshops, modelling, validation)
- Build a model based on the identified specifications
- Support the customer orientation in the different projects in progress
- Reviewing the customer journey and identifying optimisations to improve it
What are your skills ?
- You know Lean, Change Management and KPI
- You have at least 1 year of experience in management
- Analysis and synthesis are your strengths
- You speak English and French fluently. Speaking Dutch is an asset
