ACENSI has expanded to become involved in project ownership.
Owning or directing a project requires the collaboration of various talents ranging from technical and functional to social skills and effective management of people.
Each project varies dependant on their nature, their size and also the expectations of the clients in question.
ACENSI understands that no two projects are the same and leads each client through all various stages of the process in order to obtain the desired results.
The Project Owner
The project Owner is responsible for analyzing the project portfolio and directing all projects to ensure their successful implementation. This includes the flowing roles:
- Ensure the best methods and practices are chosen
- Monitor the progress, structure and implementation of the chosen methods throughout the project.
- Monitor all variables (costs, delays, quality..)
- Carry out necessary analysis on the project portfolio
- Monitoring and reporting progress
Strategic Manager
- Helps ensure high standards are maintained throughout the life cycle of the product and in the project management methods.
- Assists in risk and incident management and performance testing
- Implement quality control
- Particular assistance given to project owners at the beginning (evaluating costs etc) and at the end of projects
- Put management systems in place and contribute to the planning and organizing of periodic meetings between all members of the project management team to report progress
